Journey Leaders was established in 2003 by Dr. Jim and Sterling O’Neill to address the critical need for younger leaders to have dedicated time and space to grow in ministry capacity. The initiative focuses on empowering them to explore vital aspects of mission, leadership, community, and the realities of struggle, weakness, suffering, and pain.

The cornerstone of Journey Leaders is a week-long leadership conference designed to guide young leaders in their spiritual formation and soul care. Participants are equipped to lead from a place of health and wholeness while developing the missional skills necessary to serve Jesus and advance His Gospel on a global scale.
